DICSA growth with positive impact

We sell hydraulic spare parts, are not only used to create new equipment, but also extend the life of our customers' equipment. The nature of our business is to promote a more sustainable system, whereby we do not have to manufacture and replace complete hydraulic equipment, but by replacing individual items we extend the life of hydraulic equipment.

Furthermore, we are very proud to say that DICSA is a company with a strategy that is increasingly aligned with sustainable development goals, which is why we are setting ourselves ever more ambitious targets.

Concerning the environmental perspective, our objective is to reach the goal of zero net emissions, and therefore all the energy we consume comes from renewable sources.  DICSA believes that creating a responsible supply chain is a crucial step in ensuring environmental conservation. We have reduced carbon emissions and waste generated and implemented efficient manufacturing processes.

The company’s management team promotes the creation of quality employment, focusing on diversity and inclusion, as well as stable and full-time hiring. At the same time, we have continued with projects of great relevance, such as the implementation of the Equality Plan.
