DICSA presents its 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility Report
At DICSA, we understand social responsibility not as a one-off or isolated initiative, but as a way of working, making decisions and creating value in a transversal and long-term manner. Throughout this report, we explain how DICSA integrates sustainability into every area of our business, as well as into the way we operate, produce and engage with our stakeholders and customers.

The report sets out the company’s commitments, progress and areas of action in the fields of environmental, social and governance matters.
A commitment embedded in the way we do business
As a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact, we remain aligned with its Ten Principles relating to human rights, labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.
We also align our decision-making with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on health and well-being, gender equality, clean energy, ethical work practices and sustainable economic growth.
Environment, People and Good Governance
On the environmental front, we continue to move towards a more efficient and sustainable production model. We work to optimise resources, reduce our environmental impact and transition towards a lower-carbon economy. 100% of the electricity consumed at our headquarters comes from renewable sources, and we continue to implement initiatives aimed at reducing emissions, improving energy efficiency and promoting more responsible waste management.
We put people at the heart of everything we do. We promote a safe, inclusive and respectful working environment based on equal opportunities, diversity, inclusion, professional development and well-being.
We also strengthen our commitment to a responsible supply chain, encouraging suppliers and partners to share our standards in terms of sustainability, human rights, responsible working conditions and ethical conduct.
In terms of governance, our model is founded on ethics, transparency and regulatory compliance. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and foster a culture of integrity that extends throughout our entire value chain.
