DICSA receives ISO 9001:2015 Certification again!
We have successfully passed the audit and received our ISO 9001: 2015 renewal, adapting to norm updated edition of 2015. We stake on innovation, quality and transparency ensuring that Quality Management System of DICSA is more efficient and improve customer satisfaction.
Our Company already had ISO 9001:2008 Certification since 1999, We do not want to get left behind on this updated process so have adapted to the successive editions, renewing this certificate according to 2015 edition. This edition puts greater emphasis on leadership engagement, evaluates organizational risks and opportunities in a structured manner, addresses supply chain management and evaluates the progressive improvement of Quality Management System.
