DICSA has purchased an innovative Hydraulic System with high pressure pumps for its CNC Lathes. This equipment makes more productive their machines and improve the machining process. In this way, this System allows to increase efficiency in the manufacture of their stainless steel products. Research and Development is the source of DICSA brand differentiation.
This High Pressure System allows to improve cooling, that has vital importance in our sector, because tools lifetime increase when temperature decreases in mechanized zone. In turn, it facilitates the extraction swarf and raises of cutting speed.
All this results in an improvement in our efficiency in our manufactured process, because it allows us to reduce costs and to increase our competitive capabilities. DICSA Hydraulic Department studies and evaluates each case in an individualized way and they will adapt designs to technical specifications of each customer.
This Department, formed by highly qualified staff with more than 30 years of experience in its field, has manufactured an innovative Hydraulic Power Pack to trawl of nets in Boats. This Hydraulic power pack is characterized by its high engine power (20 horsepower), three Hydraulic directional control valves and a compact design.
Hydraulic power packs are exclusively manufactured upon request. Our Hydraulic Department can work with customer drawings or making by themselves their own designs. In addition, our staff foster feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
Dicsa´s executive team and about 20 members of its staff, accompanied by their relatives, took part once again in the offering of flowers to Virgin of Pilar. This tradition was born in 1958 and is not just a religious event, it is also an emblem of Zaragoza city, in Spain.
Dicsa staff was dressed in regional costumes and gave away a total of 25 bouquets of flowers, with which has been elaborated a gorgeous flower bed of more than 7 meters. Every year more than 300,000 people participate in this event y it had over half a million visitors.
This event is considered International Tourist Interest since 1965 and it was declared Treasure of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Spain by International Bureau of Cultural Capitals.
This Dicsa initiative is part of its Corporate Social Responsibility with which it contributes to improve the cooperation among members of the company. At the same time, Dicsa supports the cultural sector.
