DICSA offers adapted solutions. Clients can test their hoses, fittings and connectors in our B1703 FLEX dynamic Test Bench. This enables simulation of several working pressures (Square Wave, Peak Wave or Custom Wave).
Custom Waves allow to simulate accurately any variation of cyclical pressure, that happen in different types of hydraulic circuits, adapting to the customer's needs. In addition, this machine enables to imitate several types of movements that are produced by different kind of machineries, either Flex Test or Omega Test.
We place at your disposal a Quality Department and Technical Department formed by professionals highly qualified with more than 35 years of experience in our field. Our team can advise you technically and offer you adapted solutions to specific needs. This technical team will do a preliminary visual inspection and the material will be tested in our Test Bench, once it is completed our team send you a detailed inform, according to Pressure impulse testing standards.
This test is very effective to determinate equipment that fail in specific cases, where working conditions of equipment are not common. Once we discover why and where Hose fail or hose collapse is produced, we offer adapted solutions. These tests are destructive and the cost shall be borne by the client.
DICSA Group has implemented additive manufacturing technology, using 3D printer to redesign and improve its products. This company found that while had the most innovative software in the field to design mechanical parts in 3D, they could not establish exactly the mechanical movement of new equipment. For this reason, DICSA has decided to print to 3D some of new designs before manufacturing them.
The manager of Quality Assurance realized that their multi- way couplings have lost competitiveness, for that they decided to redesign this equipment. However, the software used to design in 3D does not allow checking the necessary adjustments and tolerances for new designs. Because of that, they decided to invest at 3D printer system, in this way they ensure quality and efficiency of their equipment, even before manufacturing.
Technical Department Manager indicated that to work with plastic prototypes has served for detecting any shortcomings that are imperceptible on the drawings. This working method ensures more efficient use of raw materials, so it allows checking products without the need for manufacturing massively with prolonged and costly processes.
Some DICSA costumers have assessed the potential of this new working methodology because they have the possibility to order a plastic prototype to check the functionality of their new designs, even before manufacturing their pieces (under costumer request).
DICSA Group has purchased recently an innovative START SW/20 Automatic Lathe, that allows to mechanize much faster long workpieces and it has the capacity to give the part a finer and more homogeneous finish. In this way, company stakes on technology and innovation, as an engine of growth.
This new Lathe has three mobile heads that guarantee that production time is reduced by half and ensuring optimum quality. As well as, this makes that a faster order system.
